We can engrave a range of materials such as stainless steel, anodised aluminium, wood and acrylic. We mainly use exterior grade dual tone plastics for our tags. The top layer is one colour and the second layer that shows through once engraved is usually black or white but can also come in a range of different colours if desired. We can also cut paper, card, fabric, leather and wood ply.

 

CUSTOM CUTTING PRICES

We charge custom cutting by the time it takes on our laser.  We charge $1 a minute with a one off per job $15 file handling fee in addition to any materials cost unless you are supplying the materials for the job.  (subject to approval)

THINGS TO KNOW

TURNAROUND TIMES

•Tags are engraved generally in 5 working days although rush orders can be discussed.
• Stainless Steel Tags require an additional week to order time. Engraving will be in black.
• Aluminium Tag lead times may vary due to availability.

 

SUBMISSION OF ORDERS & PAYMENT

• Details collected for tags are to be submitted electronically via our supplied excel sheet or we can input information for a $50 fee.
• An Order Overview Form is to be completed which will detail number of tags and different colours, tiers and shapes if applicable.  This will also help to calculate payment for production.
• Payment in full is required at time of order via cheque, bank transfer or paypal.

 

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

• Tags are supplied with a choice of screw holes or permanent adhesive backing.
• Delivery is via courier or Australia Post and charges are calculated on final order numbers.  Pick up is available from St Ives, NSW on appointment.
• Your General Assistant or Maintenance staff can install your fundraising wall or we offer installation on special request at a cost of $100 per visit for the first 50 tags and then $60 per hour at 15 minute increments thereafter.

There are dozens of colours and finishes available in acrylic.

The main choices to be made are:

PAPER & CARD

We cut paper and card.  Supply your own subject to approval or we can source it for you.

 

ANNODISED ALUMINIUM

Comes in many colours.   The engraved detail will appear in silver aluminium.  Black option is available on special request.

 

STAINLESS STEEL

Brushed stainless steel finish.  We can source and custom engrave.  Engraved details will be in black.

 

WOOD

We also engrave real wood.  We can cut up to 10 mm depth depending on the type of wood.  Lasered edges may be darkened due to the lasering process.
